Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital Deliverables
   

   All software, applications, and digital services are delivered via secure channels such as email, cloud storage, or direct deployment to client servers. Delivery timelines are mentioned in the proposal or project agreement.

2. Service Delivery
   

   For websites, mobile app, ERP, CRM, or digital marketing services, if delivery is milestone-based it will be communicated to the client in advance. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and required information for smooth delivery.

3. Delays
   

   BeyondZ is not responsible for delays caused by client dependencies (e.g., missing information, delayed approvals) or external factors beyond our control. If delays or adjustments are needed, BeyondZ promptly communicates with clients and revises schedules to ensure successful and timely completion.

4. Confirmation of Delivery
   

   For digital services, delivery will be deemed complete once the project files, credentials, or access details are shared.

AI60 – Service-Specific Policies

1. Booking & Payment
   

   Your booking is confirmed once payment is received unless otherwise communicated by a representative of BeyondZ.

2. Liability
   

   Recommendations are based on the information you provide during the calls. AI60 and BeyondZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs resulting from the adoption or non-adoption of these recommendations.

3. Privacy
   

   All information shared during the session will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Cancellation and Refund
   

   Due to the customized nature of the AI60 service, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions. If you wish to cancel, please inform us as early as possible. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the stage of completion and resources allocated. Services that have commenced are generally non-refundable.
